Receiving Your Lawsuit Funding Cash

5. Oasis will fax a copy of the signed Legal Funding Purchase Agreement to your attorney for your case file.

As mentioned, the entire process for your pre-settlement funding can take as little as one hour (no kidding), depending on how quickly the cooperating lawyer’s office can provide us the information we need, and how fast, once approved, you and your attorney can review, sign and return to Oasis the Legal Funding Purchase Agreement.

The faster you return the Legal Funding Purchase Agreement, the faster you’ll receive your pre-settlement funding. Oasis can literally get you cash the very same day you apply. On average however a legal funding takes 48 hours to complete from application to cash in-hand of the plaintiff.

As your case progresses, you may find you need more cash through pre-settlement funding. If you have not received all the money Oasis may approve for you, you can make another request for additional lawsuit funding (or pre-settlement funding) at a later date.
