Once you’ve started the process and submitted an application online or by phone, we’ll contact you for the following paperwork required to sell your structured settlement annuity payment(s):

• Your Annuity Policy,
• Settlement Agreement/Release/Court Judgment that led to the payments,
• Copy of your most recent Annuity Check or Check Stub. If direct deposit, attach copy of bank statement showing deposit,
• Copies of two forms of identification (one must be a clear photo ID),
• Copy of Marriage License or Divorce Decree (if applicable),
• Bankruptcy discharge papers (if applicable).

Once You Paperwork is on File:

• We will prepare and overnight a Disclosure and Transfer Agreement for you to review and sign.
• Our legal team will obtain a court date pursuant to state law. All structured settlement transfers must be approved by a Judge! The date is established about 30 days out depending on the relevant state law.
• While waiting on the court date, our attorney will send out a notice package to your insurance company.
• Both you and your attorney will appear in court (in most cases) and present the case to the judge.
• Upon our receipt of the order signed by the judge, we will fund you directly. The funding process typically takes two business days.
